To facilitate installation and ensure user safety, Duval Messien has developed a complementary ARGOS E-WELD range with :
– An electronic remote igniter with a wired connection to the capsule, ensuring a safe distance is maintained during use.
– A copper capsule system containing the soldering powder. Unlike tubes, it requires no ignition powder. Eco-friendly, this innovation generates less residue.

DUVAL MESSIEN reaches a historic step with the launch of its new ProtecRisk lightning risk assessment software! After many months of development, we are delighted to announce the launch of ProtecRisk, a software package that will make our customers/partners more autonomous in their lightning risk assessment and studies.

WHAT IS IT?

Protectrisk is a software package that can be used to carry out lightning risk studies and estimate the equipment needed for the installation. It’s very simple: the user downloads the plan of the site to be protected and enters some information. Based on this data and in accordance with current standards, the software estimates the level of risk at the site, taking into account its geographical position, type of operation, occupancy rate, etc. The user can then download the report, which includes the lightning risk assessment, a reminder of the standard and the golden rules for protection installations, and the list of equipment suited to the structure.

WHO?
Partners Distributors, installers, design offices, architects, etc. will now be able to carry out their lightning studies independently and safely.

DUVAL MESSIEN has just carried out a beautiful installation of a lightning conductor on a pylon on the French Embassy in Cuba with the help of our local partner. DUVAL MESSIEN has already protected many embassies around the world.

After years without being able to travel to China, we had the pleasure of returning to visit the entire DUVAL MESSIEN NANNING team.

Duval Messien has just successfully tested in an independent laboratory its active lightning conductor up to 200 kA (although the standard requires a test up to 100 kA). This test allows to check the resistance to a very strong lightning current! Test report available on request
