Duval Messien continues its international expansion with the arrival of Augustin as Sales Manager Americas.

In a context of growing export activities, Duval Messien is strengthening its strategy on the American continent, a key region for the deployment of its lightning protection solutions.

Strengthened strategic development

To best support our clients and partners, Augustin will be based in Mexico, close to the field and local market challenges. In this context, his mission will be to expand Duval Messien’s presence across the LATAM region, while strengthening and consolidating existing relationships.

A first mission on the American continent

As part of his new role, Augustin recently carried out an initial tour in Latin America alongside Serge-Eneric Pages, Export Director at Duval Messien.

This mission notably enabled him to:

• Meet our long-standing clients and partners in the lightning protection sector,
• Strengthen commercial and technical relationships,
• Share best practices,
• Identify new development opportunities in the LATAM market.

These exchanges also helped reinforce collaborations around our lightning protection solutions, tailored to local specificities.

DUVAL MESSIEN reaches a historic step with the launch of its new ProtecRisk lightning risk assessment software! After many months of development, we are delighted to announce the launch of ProtecRisk, a software package that will make our customers/partners more autonomous in their lightning risk assessment and studies.

WHAT IS IT?

Protectrisk is a software package that can be used to carry out lightning risk studies and estimate the equipment needed for the installation. It’s very simple: the user downloads the plan of the site to be protected and enters some information. Based on this data and in accordance with current standards, the software estimates the level of risk at the site, taking into account its geographical position, type of operation, occupancy rate, etc. The user can then download the report, which includes the lightning risk assessment, a reminder of the standard and the golden rules for protection installations, and the list of equipment suited to the structure.

WHO?
Partners Distributors, installers, design offices, architects, etc. will now be able to carry out their lightning studies independently and safely.
