CABLETTE25 or CABLETTE50 bare copper cable is designed for interconnecting earthing systems (equipotential connections of the lightning rod earthing system/building electrical earthing system).Can be used to create a ground circuit for excavation.

RUBCUE302 flat conductors (or tapes) are used as down conductors. Their minimum section should be 50 mm².

Considering the impulsional character of the lightning current, it gives, with a same section, a bigger external surface than the round conductors. Copper is recommended for its good electrical conductibility and corrosion resistance (when it is tinned). Stainless steel is recommended in some corrosive atmospheres.

RUBINX302 stainless steel  is recommended in some corrosive atmospheres.
RUBALU303 aluminum should be used on aluminum areas  to avoid electrolytic couple phenomenons.
COURUBCUE  preform elbows are used for lateral deviations of flat down conductors (tape) in tinned copper in width 30 mm. Its curve radius is not inferior to 20 cm.

The connection of preformed elbows is done by brazing or by flat/flat coupling (mechanical clamping).

BRAIDS AND SHUNTS

TREPLET50  tin-plated copper flat braid dimensions 30 mm x 3,5 mm has a section of 50 mm².

It is used as interconnection conductor during equipotential connections to be done between the down conductors and the metallical masses situated in the nearby.

Due to its design (theoretical composition of 1600 wires for 32 or 36 spindles), it can be adapted to all type of profile.

Generallly connected by mechanical clamping (clamping collars for the metallical masses and flat/flat couplings for the conductors), it can also be equipped with a connection area with eyelet upon request, it is then called shunt (see STE50/200 or STE50/300 for example).
