FIXINGS FOR FLAT CONDUCTORS (WIDTH 30MM)

ATTARDOIS tiles fixings are designed for fixing conductors on tiles or slates roofs. 

ATTISOPLAT insulating fixings are designed for fixing flat conductor (width 30 mm) or round ( diameter 8 mm) with support insulation (space : 30 mm). It is installed with no provided M6 screws (sole with internal thread). 

CRAMPGALV and CHEVNYL plugs are designed for fixing flat conductors with a width of 30 mm on concrete walls or bricks.

CLIPINOX and RIVPOPALU clips, rivets and washers are designed for fixing flat conductor with a width of 30 mm in steel or aluminum walls, steel pans. It is installed with rivets or screws  (drilling Ø 4 mm).
On the horizontal areas, we can add a sealing washer.

FIXAVIS  fixings can be installed with screws and long plugs to pass through the outside insulations.

PLOCIMATTA studs are designed for fixing a flat or round conductor on all types of horizontal areas (on terrace roof with gravel or steel pans roofs with sealing without drilling neither sticking).

PONTCUE deck plates are designed for fixing flat conductors (tape) on steel pans or zinc roof by tin welding. It can also be fixed by riveting (« pop » rivets in copper).

RACPLTRND flat/round couplings are designed for connecting several flat or round conductors (Ø 6 to 8) between each other, by mechanical clamping. it can also be used to connect the quipotential connections with cable of section 16mm² to 50mm².

At the bottom pf the down conductors will be installed a protective tubes GAIPROPAR2-GAIPROTINO designed for the mechanical protection of the flat conductors of width 30mm. It is installed between the control junction and the inspection pit or the equipotential bar.

A control junction JOINTCONTRI will be installed in serie on the down conductor round or flat to realize measures and periodical checkings. it is situated between the protective tube and the counter.

SERBARLAI brass dips named also « crow’s foot coupling» are designed for the connection from 3 to 4 flat conductors (tape) between each other.
